How to Set Up Your Account
Before you book your first session, you’ll need to set up your account:
- Create your account & password: CREATE NOW
- Sign the waiver (quick & painless, we promise).
- Download our scheduling app so you can book sessions right from your phone:

How to Book Your Sessions
You can book any available session up to 7 days in advance on a first-come, first-serve basis. Just:
1. Log into The Fort Membership App.
2. Select an open time slot that works for you.
3. Confirm your session and show up ready to train!
Prefer a set schedule? We can reserve time slots for you indefinitely, as long as:
- ◽ We have availability in that slot
- ◽ The reservation is at the same time on either Monday, Wednesday, and Friday OR on Tuesday and Thursday

- Cancel within 12 hours? There’s a $25 late cancel fee—unless you book an earlier session instead (then it’s waived).
- No-show? That’s a $25 fee plus loss of the session—and some light coach judgment.

You don’t need to be training for a HYROX event to benefit from these sessions! They’re designed for all experience and fitness levels and provide a great way to build endurance, improve conditioning, and train more frequently without repeating workouts. Whether you’re looking to level up your overall fitness or just enjoy a different training stimulus, these sessions are a fantastic option.
